The Alpha Tower is 32 stories high, and includes a unique boutique hotel that will be run by ELCO Hospitality, part of the ELCO Group. On top of the hotel are 18 residential stories. 

At the entrance to the tower, a commercial level will include shops, cafes and a restaurant, as well as a beautiful central park. The tower’s hotel will include a gym, spa, swimming pool, lounge and chef restaurant—all of which will set a new standard for Israeli hotels, and allow guests to enjoy Tel Aviv.
