This project enjoys a central location, within walking distance from Rothschild boulevard, the Lewinski market, and the Gan Hahashmal compound. In addition, it has good access to major transportation routes.
This building was formerly used as the printing house of the Mapai political party, and is currently being converted into a hotel that will preserve and emphasize its history.
The hotel’s concept was conceived with consideration of cultural renewal and connectivity. It will offer a rare commodity that does not exist in the city: connecting the exterior and interior, and incorporating tourists with the local scenes in a young, vibrant atmosphere that will bring life into the hotel and draw local crowds to the bars and restaurants—which for their part, will provide an abundant culinary experience to the hotel’s guests and visitors. In addition, there will be a health and fitness club, a swimming pool and a bar, all on the hotel’s rooftop.
The nine-story hotel will include about 140 rooms and suites.
