The 29 Y.L Perets project, for residential and commercial purposes, is located near the Lewinski market and the Florentine neighborhood. Sutra initiated the building’s conversion into a residential complex, as well as the construction of the additional floors on top of the existing structure. 

The project was populated in 2013.
