A residential building for preservation, located at one of the oldest, most beautiful streets in Tel Aviv’s historical center. Parallel to Rothschild Boulevard, and near the Great Synagogue.

Constructed in 1924 as a beautiful, symmetrical building, it was named the Rosenblitt House. In 2012, the building underwent renovation and strengthening, in accordance with strict preservation regulations and with an emphasis on historical details—and was turned into an exceptionally beautiful, eclectic-style building.

The building has five stories. It has one commercial floor, and 19 residential apartments.
