In 2007, Sutra began purchasing land in the tin shack compound “Hassan Arafe”. The company’s owners believed in its central location, and started working in order to bring to life the place we know today as the Yitzhak Sade compound.

In 2016, the tower was sold to a group purchasing organization organized by ECRO Real Estate.

The new, groundbreaking office tower is an architectural work of art, designed by MYS (Moore-Yasky-Sivan) Architects. The interior was done by interior designer Pitsou Kedem. The tower will be 32 stories high, sprawled across 37,000 square meters. It will include three commercial stories and serve as a point of reference for the city, thanks to its location at the intersection of main streets and major transportation routes. 14 towers total will be constructed in the compound, which will incorporate offices, commerce, hotels and apartments, all connected by an ecological park, in an unmatched strategic location in Tel Aviv.

This new compound, currently under construction, will be one of the city’s most important business and trade centers. In 2022, the new Tel Aviv light rail will also pass by the compound via the Karlibach station, where the red and green lines will intersect.
