Studio 54 was initiated by Sutra. 

The project is located across from the Florentine neighborhood: a young, developing area enjoying urban renewal. 

The project includes nine stories of 86 stunning apartments, a commercial level and three levels of underground parking. 

It is one of the first modern projects in the area, which has contributed to the astounding transformation of the neighborhood and its surroundings.
