The building is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the flea market, the port and the picturesque allies of the city of Jaffa.
The project is carries out in collaboration with Isrotel, which will also operate the hotel, and involves converting the historical building into an upscale, seven-story boutique hotel that will include a luxurious lobby floor, chef’s restaurant, and rooftop with a swimming pool and bar.
